The PCN is planning to set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG). A PPG is a group of people who are patients of the surgeries and want to help it work as well as it can for patients, doctors and staff. It's aims to be a communicatoin link between practices and their patients to have discussions, determined by the needs of the community.
